About the Founder
Geoff Funston is a construction and development professional with more than two decades of experience delivering complex projects across New York and the Northeast.
His background spans general contracting, real estate development, and owner’s representation—providing a well-rounded perspective on how projects succeed and where costly challenges often emerge.
Throughout his career, Geoff has worked with developers, institutions, and public-sector clients to guide projects from early feasibility through construction and closeout. This cross-disciplinary experience allows Square Key to provide practical, real-world guidance grounded in firsthand project delivery. He regularly collaborates with architects, engineers, and contractors to help align project teams and support successful project delivery.
